Minimum specifications
Windows desktop applications are supported on all PCs and laptops running Windows 7 Pro, Windows 8 Pro and Windows 10 Pro.
Please check each computer meets our minimum specifications before you install an application on it. If it doesn't, system performance may be affected.
- The computer must have a processor of 2 GHz or more, 4 GB or more of memory (RAM) and a 1G network card.
- It must be patched to the latest level using Microsoft Windows Update.
- You should ensure that the computer also has up to date anti-virus software installed on it.
- The Mandata Via™ interface needs Microsoft .Net Framework 4.7.2 to be installed on your computer. If the installer detects that Microsoft .Net Framework 4.7.2 is not installed, you will be prompted to install it.
- Applications are optimised to be viewed on a Full HD (1920x1080 resolution) monitor however they support resolutions as low as 1366x768.
We recommend 7.0 and iOS 11 or later devices for our smartphone apps. The app may run correctly on older devices but we cannot guarantee this.
When an app is first opened on a device it will ask the user for several permissions. You must select allow for each permission for the app to function correctly.
